Everything you might need. The studio is located in the heart of Palma's Old Town, with restaurants and shops just outside the door. The famous marina is just a minute walk away.

Sleeping: The studio contains one queen size bed (160 cm) and a double sofa bed.

Kitchen: Fully equipped compact kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, and microwave.

Bathroom: Newly renovated. Shower, sink and toilet.

Lounge area: Spacious lounge area with direct access to a small balcony.

Other: Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. Please note that the studio is located on third floor with no lift.
